Sky News - update (letter from Sky News)
Below is a reply (by e-mail) I rec'd from Editor Sky News UK about loss of coverage through Kosmos TV in Moscow....

Dear Barry

Thank you for watching and contacting Sky News.

Thanks too for your email about watching Sky News in Moscow.

I have raised the point you made with our international department and this is their reply:

Sky News does not have an agreement with Cosmos TV for the distribution of the channel in Russia; as such we were not aware that they were recently carrying the channel nor that the distribution has ceased.

We’re sorry that you’re not able to watch Sky News at present; we are keen to reach as many viewers as possible and are actively looking into how we can serve audiences in Russia through cable networks.

If you have a DTH satellite system, Sky News is available on the Astra 1 satellite – see http://www.skynewsinternational.com/watch/ for more details.

In the meantime, the Sky News website at sky.com/news contains comprehensive news coverage including video clips and coverage of selected live events.
