You cannot have two visas in the same passport.
But you can have a visa in your passport.
If you legally have two passports then ...........
Yes it is a loophole, and as far as I am aware it is still an open loophole.
Of course if you have a definite reference to the fact that the loophole has been closed then please post it.
I have to admit that not every body is aware that some countries do allow their citizens to hold two passports and it caused quite a stir in Korea when I checked in for a flight to Sakhalin "I cannot check you in for this flight, you do not have a visa for Russia", "OH, sorry wrong passport" and I handed over my other passport with the Russian visa "You cannot use a visa in a cancelled passport", "The passport is not cancelled, it is valid. Please look at the dates", "You cannot have two valid passports", Yes I can, the UK allows two valid passports", a phone call to (I do not know to whom) and I was checked in for the flight.
